Why we exist

We lived the same problem you're living now.

IntegraCI is an AI-native internal developer platform that is secure by default. We built it on regulated teams, where we sweated the build-vs-buy debate and the pre-audit scramble from the inside. So we built the platform we wished we had: governed by default, running on your own infrastructure, made for teams that have to move fast and prove it.

Nine SDLC stages on one platform

The problem we shared

You can win every battle and still lose the war.

This did not start as a product idea. It started as a frustration we kept hitting: good teams beaten by the complexity their own tools created. If that sounds like your week, you're in the right place.

01 The win

You win the individual battles.

A clever pipeline here, a developer portal there, a scanner wired into one repo. Each fix is real and your team ships. On any given day, you win the battle.

02 The war

And still lose the war against complexity.

The fixes never compose. Tooling sprawls, golden paths drift apart, and proving compliance turns into a scramble. The sum of all your wins is a system nobody fully controls.

03 The mandate

So we built the tool we wished we had.

The portal and the engine together, governed by default, running on your own infrastructure. One paved road that stays paved as your team scales.

That is the whole thesis in one line: we built the tool we wished we had, so you don't have to.

What you can count on

Four promises, wired into the product.

These are not slogans on a wall. Each one shows up as a mechanism you can see working for yourself.

Runs inside your boundary

You run the whole platform yourself, on your own infrastructure, all the way to air-gapped. No rip-and-replace, no vendor holding your platform hostage, and every action in an audit trail you can verify.

Vendor-agnostic by design

You already run your CI, your scanners, your cloud. IntegraCI plugs into the tools you have and unifies them, instead of forcing a new stack on you.

Governed by default

Governance is wired in from the first deploy, not bolted on later. Policy, isolation between teams, and an audit trail are part of the paved road.

Sovereign fit for regulated teams

Built for FinTech, government, and transportation teams under regulatory pressure. Self-host it so your evidence and governed AI stay inside your regulatory boundary.

Where we're going

The bet we're making.

Regulated teams should not have to choose between moving fast and staying in control. The platform we are building assumes you can have both.

Governance stops being the tax

Today governance slows teams down because it is bolted on after the fact. When it rides the paved road, proving control costs you nothing extra.

AI you can actually let loose

AI moves real work only when every action is gated, approved, and audited. We are building the rails that make autonomy safe enough to trust.

Sovereignty as a default, not a tier

Where your data, evidence, and models run should be your call, from a guided evaluation to a fully air-gapped install, with the same controls throughout.

The company

Built in New Zealand.

Building from regions that take data residency seriously is not incidental. It is why sovereignty and regulatory fit are first-class concerns here, not an afterthought. If your platform, your evidence, and your data have to stay inside your own regulatory boundary, that constraint shaped this product from day one.

The people

Practitioners, building in the open.

The people building IntegraCI have run the pipelines, sat the audits, and felt the toil this platform removes. We work hand in hand with a focused set of regulated teams, shaping the product around the problems they actually have, and we keep the core open so you can check our work.
