Accessibility

Reviewed regularly

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use IntegraCI, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox for us. It is part of how we design, build, and review the product and this website, and we treat reports of barriers as bugs worth fixing.

The standard we work toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a target we are actively working toward, not a certification. Some areas may not yet fully conform. We use WCAG 2.1 AA as the benchmark that guides our decisions and our backlog.

What we do

  • Build on semantic HTML so structure, headings, and landmarks are meaningful to screen readers.
  • Support keyboard navigation, so you can reach and operate interactive elements without a mouse.
  • Aim for sufficient colour contrast between text and its background.
  • Give interactive controls descriptive labels and accessible names.
  • Keep a visible focus indicator so you can see where you are on the page.
  • Pair colour with text or icons, rather than relying on colour alone to carry meaning.

Known limitations

We are honest that we are not there yet. As an early product under active development, some pages and components may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. You may encounter areas with incomplete labels, focus handling that needs work, or contrast that falls short. We track these as issues and improve them as we go. If something blocks you, please tell us so we can prioritise it.

Report an issue or request an accommodation

If you hit an accessibility barrier, or you need information in a different format or an accommodation to use IntegraCI, email [email protected]. Please tell us the page or feature, what went wrong, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. That helps us reproduce the problem and respond faster.

How we review

We review accessibility regularly as the product evolves, combining manual keyboard and screen-reader checks with automated tooling. This statement reflects our current approach and will change as the product and our coverage improve.

This statement describes the IntegraCI managed service and may change as the product evolves. WCAG 2.1 AA is a target we are working toward, not a certification. Questions? Email [email protected].
