Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IntegraCI managed platform and website, operated by IntegraCI ("we", "us"), registered in New Zealand. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Beta service

IntegraCI is currently in public beta. The service is provided "as is" and may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable. Features described in marketing materials may ship on different timelines. We will give reasonable notice before materially reducing functionality on a paid plan.

3. Accounts & tenants

  • You are responsible for the activity under your tenant and for keeping credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate signup information and a valid work email.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Plans, quotas & billing

  • A guided evaluation of Team is available after a demo, on your own infrastructure or managed, with no card required.
  • Team is billed per builder seat at a quoted price; read-only viewers are free. Enterprise and Sovereign are billed per your order form. There is no metered overage you have not agreed to in advance.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will notify you before any price change affecting your plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to host or distribute malware, or to attack, probe, or disrupt third-party systems without authorisation.
  • Circumvent tenant isolation, quotas, or access controls.
  • Resell or provide the managed service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Violate applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Your content & secrets

You retain all rights to the code, configuration, and data you bring to the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Connector secrets are stored in a dedicated secrets store under your tenant path, never persisted in plaintext in our application database. See the Privacy notice for detail.

7. Service levels

Uptime commitments apply only to paid plans, as defined in your plan agreement or order form. Guided-evaluation usage carries no SLA.

8. Self-hosted software

The self-hosted distribution is licensed separately under the commercial licence terms included with the software. These Terms govern the managed service only.

9. Warranties & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your tenant at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
