Administer overview

For platform teams: tenants, access, guardrails, connectors, and authoring the paved road.

This section is for the people who run IntegraCI for everyone else. Where the other sections are about using the platform, this one is about shaping it: setting the defaults, the guardrails, and the access that the rest of your organization works inside.

What administration covers

  • Tenants. Create and manage the isolated workspaces your teams work in. Isolation is enforced in the database, so the boundary holds by default.
  • Access governance. Grant access to tools and resources through clear lanes, with just-in-time grants and directory sync rather than standing keys handed out by hand.
  • Onboarding guardrails. Decide what is mandatory versus optional per tier, so a new service cannot skip the controls your organization requires.
  • Connector administration. Manage which tools are connected, their scope, and which are platform-internal versus available to tenants.
  • Authoring the paved road. Write the golden paths and policy that everyone else follows. You raise the standard once, and scorecards measure every service against it.
  • DNS and platform resources. Manage shared infrastructure such as DNS as a governed capability rather than a side channel.

The shape of the job

Administration is where governance is configured rather than consumed. A good setup means developers move fast on the paved road without thinking about the guardrails, because you put them in the right place once.

Step-by-step guides for each administrative task are being expanded. The surfaces live under Settings and Platform Admin in the portal.
