Governed AI is easiest to understand through the work it does. Key points:

• CVE auto-fix, on review. When a dependency finding blocks a build, the gateway can draft the fix and open a pull request that bumps the affected dependency. You read the diff and decide. The platform drafts, you approve, and the approval lands in the audit trail. Nothing reaches your code without a person signing off.
• AI incident triage, on approval. When an incident opens, an agent can propose a triage and next steps. The proposed actions wait for approval rather than running on their own, so a person stays on the decisions that touch your cloud.
• The shape is the same every time: AI proposes, a person decides, and the record is already on file.
