Discover and build against existing APIs

The developer portal carries an API catalog and explorer. Before you build a new endpoint, you look for the service that already exposes what you need. Key points:

• The catalog tells you what already exists and who owns it, so you reuse instead of rebuilding.
• The explorer lets you read a service's API contract and try it, so you build against a real interface rather than guessing.
