Triage by service, not by ticket

A scorecard lets you work down risk by service rather than chasing a wall of tickets. Key points:

  • You pick the service that needs attention and act on its findings together, instead of triaging issues one at a time with no context.
  • The same findings that gate a build also feed the scorecard, so what blocks you in the pipeline is visible as standing risk between releases.
