The marketplace and what gets installed
The marketplace is where connectors are browsed and installed for your org. Key points:
- Some connectors you connect with your own accounts; some are offered as platform-hosted. Read whether a connector is connect-your-own or hosted before you install, because that decides who owns the account and the cost.
- Installing a connector wires the org-level integration. Configuring credentials is a separate, scoped step, kept out of the browser and in the secrets path.
- The marketplace separates tenant-facing connectors from platform-internal ones. As an operator you see both; a tenant sees only what is in scope for them.
